2FA: Google Authenticator

Two-factor authentication allows you to effectively protect your account from unauthorized access, thereby protecting personal data - access to transaction history, project settings and financial information. We have three options for two-factor authentication: login with a one-time password sent by email, login confirmation via Telegram, and use of a code from the Google Authenticator app or another code app.

How to make Google Authenticator your primary verification method?

  1. Log in

  2. Go to your account settings

  3. Select Google Authenticator as your verification method

  4. Scan the QR code or copy the secret key into the Google Authenticator app or another code app

  5. Enter the 6-digit code in the “Enter code” field

  6. Click “Save changes”

After entering the code, you will receive a message

Now, when authorizing and performing other actions that require confirmation, you will need to enter a 6-digit code. The code is valid for 30 seconds.

If you lose access to the app with the codes, you can always change the notification channel to receive codes by email by clicking “Get code via e-mail.” After that, you will need to reconfigure Google Authenticator in your Personal Account.
